A MUSICAL STORY
Bojan Zax's journey into the world of music began in his early high school days when he attended a private school for acoustic guitar. This initial exposure laid the foundation for his lifelong devotion to music.
As a big fan of music listening, he spent a lot of time time studying numerous genres and was fascinated by some creative approaches in percussive, vocal, melodic and arrangements of various well-known and lesser-known musical artists.
In the end of the '90s, Bojan dived into music production using an aging computer. His tireless efforts led to a growing proficiency in digital audio production.
The 2000s were an era of transformation, not just in the world, but in Bojan's life as well. Armed with an old computer, he delved into the realm of music production. With unwavering determination and a thirst for knowledge, he learned the intricacies of digital audio production. Through countless hours of trial and error, he began to craft soundscapes that echoed his emotions, experiences, and imagination.
Simultaneously, he pursued a formal education in computer engineering, earning his degree in 2013, adding a technical dimension to his creative journey. This educational background, marriage of art and science fueled his innovative spirit and would later inform his innovative approach to music production.
Bojan's interests extended beyond music composition, as he ventured into developing electronic circuits and audio components, including synthesizer modules. This raid into hardware design would become a defining aspect of his career, bridging the analog and digital worlds in his music.
MUSIC TRACKS
In 2012, he released his debut track, "Cocktail Party," under the project name Beatboy Zax. This marked his entry into the music industry, showcasing his aptitude for electronic music production and an eagerness to explore diverse genres.
Bojan was never content with confinement to a single genre. While electronic music was his primary realm, he was an adventurer at heart, constantly exploring new territories.
His career is seasoned with collaborations with various artists and singers, of which we single out notable performers such as rappers Dirty Three Rats, Barbary band, Kuzma & Shaka Zulu, Nicole and many others. His primary focus remained on the genre of electronic music, but he constantly showed a penchant for genre experimentation.
